At DARITY, we want you to love our products!
We know as a mom and more, you are busy – and so we strive to make our returns process transparent and convenient.
How do I exchange or return?
- Please go to darity.co/a/returns for our customer service center
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click “Start”
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- Please also understand that getting the return shipment to us is your responsibility. Please track it to make sure that the item gets returned to us safely. If we did not receive it, please check with the carrier first before contacting us.
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your order date.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging (shipping envelope or box)
- Returns or exchanges that are damaged, worn, washed, altered or have stains or odors will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
- Approved returns or exchanges must be dropped off at your local shipping location within 1 week of receiving your return label.
- Please note: Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following types of items for returns or exchanges:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale items noted as final sale
- Items bought by merchandise credit
- Gift cards
- Approved returns and exchanges must be dropped off at your local shipping location within 1 week of receiving your return label. Exchanges and returns dropped off after this 1 week window are subject to return-to-sender or merchandise credit.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return aside from a one-time administrative fee of $7
- Original item(s) shipping charges are non-refundable
- Free shipping is included with US returns only. International shipping for returns is paid by the customer.
- For exchanges, one-time waiver of administration fee is applied if exchanging for a different size or color.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days. You refund notification will be sent via email.
